            <description><![CDATA[<p><strong>Shan Gao</strong> gave her 10th CC speech to inspire the audience to find personal causes and personal approaches to tackle their goals by sharing her experience in college.  She greatly used story telling approach to demonstrate a vivid picture of her experience to the audience.</p>
<p><strong>Meghan Hodges</strong> gave her inspirational speech on how you can Be A Match for these patients who are suffering blood cancer. Meghan greatly used visual aids to engage the audience and lead the audience.  She also showed her great dedication on being a match for these people who need help.</p>
<p><strong>April O'Neal</strong> shared her belief and encouraged the audience (you) to be more than just an average by applying your core strength, setting a goal, understanding why the goal is important to you and using your time wisely to achieve the goal.</p>

            <description><![CDATA[<p><strong>Alex Menoni</strong> gave us his CC speech #2 - Find the Right Mentor.  He utilized visual aid - PowerPoint for this speech, which started with a great introduction and finished with a strong conclusion. His speech is very beneficial to the club.  He introduced why we need a mentor and how to find a mentor.</p>
<p><strong>Leigh Adams</strong> gave us her CC speech #8 about why we should have a work life balance.  She excellently used drawing to demonstrate the relationship between work and life.  She presented her ideas on how thinking with fun can make us more innovative, enhance our problem solving skills and even allow us to brand our ideas.  She used great examples, such as Facebook story and a innovation idea about cigarette packaging to support her argument.</p>
<p><strong>Lorin Greenstein</strong> gave us his pocket speech about his past weekend event - Garage Sale which he used Story-Telling approach to provide audience the opportunity to feel not only his frustration about the garage sale process but also his positive attitude on what the great outcome the garage sale brought to his life.</p>]]></description>

            <description><![CDATA[<p><strong>Shan Gao</strong> gave us her CC Speech # 9 - Volunteer Bigger to persuade audience to join  a non-profit organization - Community Consulting Team (CCT) Atlanta, which provides volunteers (experienced business professionals) opportunities to work on projects - addressing strategic management challenges- proposed by all kinds non-profit &amp; public sectors organizations. <p><strong>David Rowe</strong> gave an advanced speech on why we should march for polio disease. He used his vocal variety and great gesture to picture vividly of a story about his niece and nephew who experienced the disease.  He also does an excellent job on drew audience attention with his distinguish speech openings!</p>
<p><strong>Michelle O'Neal</strong> greatly used pictures to bring audience to her Derby experience.  She also prepared material - local news papers to let audience have a great feel about Derby, Kentucky. Her speech provided audience a vivid picture of the great time she had!</p>]]></description>

<p class="MsoNormal" style="line-height: normal; margin: 0px;"><strong>Michelle O’Neal</strong> – engaged the audience very well by story-telling approach.  She shared a story in a very vivid way about how she educated her kids the meaning behind “You reap what you sow”.</p>

<p class="MsoNormal" style="line-height: normal; margin: 0px;"><strong>Shan Gao</strong> – Shared the motivation to bring innovations into daily tasks in a work environment.  Shan shared her own experience on how to use “Buy-In” approach to ensure the execution and delivery of an innovation at work.  She also proposed a process improvement idea to McKToast team.</p>
